A Big shout out to Marty and Gary at Emu RV. We have owned our RV just over 1 year now. We have done two big trips one over to W.A. and the other along the coast of N.S.W. and many small trips in between. The RV has been wonderful and comfortable to drive. We did a lot of research on vans before we choose EmuRV because of the quality of the workmanship and more importantly the customer service before and after the purchase from Marty. He is so passionate about his RV'S and is always trying to improve his already high standards. With the lack of genuine service in many businesses these days, Emu RV sets the benchmark in all areas of sales and service. Marty’s knowledge and explanation of his RVs were exceptional. He ensured that he knew what type of RV we were seeking and he did not try to sell us unnecessary extras. Gary was friendly and very informative with the handover of our RV. A few years ago we attended the Kembla Grange Camping Show where we were made aware of a suspension upgrade by Emu RV, that would improve the driving performance of our Fiat Ducato RV. We have finally had the Alco Comfort Suspension Upgrade fitted to our 10 year old Fiat Ducato along with new tyres and rims. Best decision ever. Should have done it years ago. After researching similar type & size motorhomes in all available brands, we landed on the EmuRV Fiat E2S XLWB. A primary requirement for us was single beds, with at least one being suitable for a tall person, and we found the E2S XLWB to have the longest bed in the category. The design and build quality is first-rate, with a few notable examples being the single shell bathroom lining for ease of cleaning, curved profile upper cupboard doors and contoured insulated inner wall linings. Included appliances and equipment are also spot on. We have been living in the motorhome for a couple of months now, and have everything we need for food storage/preparation and climate control comfort. We found Marty and his team to be very passionate about what they do, and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of their product. Furthermore, aftersales service and advice is outstanding. We are very happy with our purchase, and would recommend to those considering this style of RV.

We recently attended the Caravan and Camping show in Melbourne to specifically review the various RV brands and options and then decide what to replace our 2017 model with. We ultimately chose an XLWB Campervan from EmuRV after benchmarking all other options against factors such as quality and functionality. Marty and Gary were easy to deal with, could articulate reasons for the choices of options and layouts, and it was clear they were passionate about striving to a high quality standard with choices of fittings and fixtures. On collection, handover from Gary was extensive and thorough. We were also provided with additional operational video to use for future reference. Marty and Gary both provided their contact numbers and invited us to call if we had any questions/issues. A week later Marty called to further check how everything was going and seek feedback on opportunities for improvement. Their after-sales support and interest in our experience was outstanding. Since then, we have undertaken a short but rigorous 800 odd kilometre journey over motorways and on B and C grade roads to check performance of the vehicle and habitat. We have spent 2 nights off grid to check solar performance and ducted heating, etc and a further two nights on a powered site to check all remaining aspects. Whilst early days, we are happy to report that we are absolutely delighted with the overall performance with no issues to report. The ducted heating performed brilliantly when camped in the Alpine region during bad weather. The build quality is outstanding.

We purchased our XLWB van 12 months ago from Emu RV and have held off doing a review until we had spent some time travelling in it around this great country of ours. The purchasing process with Marty was honest, simple and without any sales pressure. The handover and commissioning of our van with Gary was detailed, informative and exciting of course! Having not had any previous experience with campervans there was a lot of information to digest so being able to contact Gary/Marty directly with any operator issues was fantastic. Simply put, the after-sales assistance from Marty and his team has been outstanding. After many km’s travelled, we have found the layout of the van to be well thought out and provides generous sleeping, living and kitchen space. We love the large fridge/freezer, large kitchen bench space, the amount of storage, the rear barn doors and the fly screens are a must. The Nova Motorhomes build quality and aftersales service has been excellent.

Had this Van about 5 months and completed about 7 small trips to work things out- in short love it and here’s why. Perfect fit - the fit out suits us for what we are after we have a permanent double bed set up with a ‘nuentor’ double mattress- very comfortable. Fridge - best I have seen, fridge freezer component excellent have to turn it down a notch too cold. Storage- exceptional Vehicle- sold my pride and joy V8 Ute to assist in purchase and on the highway this is a rocket- really couldn’t believe how well she sits and travels on a flat good road, very manoeuvrable great size for parking mostly and fuel economy great. A few minor hiccups as you have with a new set up, still coming to terms with the power management system but using is learning. Give the lads a ring, Marty and Garry if you’re thinking about this type of Van , and get busy living. 🙏

When I first saw the van from a distance at the Sydney Caravan Show in March 2021, I knew this was the van for me. My wife and I ordered one that day.
